Healing with Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training
The
practice of Yoga Nidra induces a deeply relaxed, yet alert, state that
is profoundly transformative and healing. It helps us deal with stress,
personal problems and trauma. It has been effective in easing anxiety,
fear, anger, depression and insomnia.
This training program will
provide you the information and tools needed to facilitate Yoga Nidra
group sessions. The format is interactive with ample opportunity for
questions and discussions. It is also experiential, providing you the
opportunity to experience Yoga Nidra sessions and to give practice
sessions in class.

Andrew Kun is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-500),
yoga therapist, energy healer and a student in spiritual psychotherapy.
He has advanced training in Yoga Nidra and is teaching workshops on
