Lesley’s passion for yoga began over twenty years ago in Vancouver, British Columbia where she became a student of ashtanga yoga. Since moving to Toronto, she has studied NIA, kripalu and hatha yoga. It was the experience of Kundalini yoga and her interest in helping others heal themselves that inspired her to become a certified Kundalini yoga instructor. Through practicing the principles of Kundalini yoga , Lesley has experienced her own journey of self healing and wellness by the positive changes in her scoliosis, as well as improvements in energy and overall sense of well being.
