Beside physical and mental exercises, Kundalini
Yoga contains also vocal exercises, to show us how we can use and
explore our vocal abilities. According to Yoga science, by chanting and
singing special sounds we develop our throat center, which governs our
ability to communicate successfully. If that center is blocked, we have
a feeling that nobody can understand us. If it is opened, we can express
ourselves creatively and in the way we want other people to see us. |

Who can do Kundalini Yoga?
Anybody! You just have to be able to breathe. Yoga
is not about bodily contortions or becoming a human pretzel. Yoga is an
approach to physical and mental health, well-being and personal growth.
Workshop Format and Fees
Following consultation with the management or human resources team,
a workshop will be tailored to the needs of your organization. Options
include courses, ongoing classes, seminars, workshops and retreats. Yoga
classes can be organized at a time that best suits your organization and
those who wish to participate. Possibilities include early morning,
lunchtimes or afternoon/evening. The session can be from 1 to 1½ hours
long.
How Much Will A Workshop Cost?
Depending on your needs, the yoga program structure normally
includes a series of yoga classes running for ten to twelve weeks.
Ongoing or one-off classes are also possible. The one-hour classes cost
$14 per person per class for 10 people or more, or $140 for less then
ten people. Special rates are also available.
What Do We Need To Conduct A Workshop In Your
Workplace?
We require a suitable room, large enough for the number of
participants.
Each participant will need:
loose clothing (shorts or tights & a T-shirt)
a Yoga mat or a large towel (any kind of support if the floor is too
hard)
open mind
